*Customized 7 Day Awaken Meal Plan Explained…

Dietitian Jess and I have created a super nutritious 7 day meal plan for the 6 week AWAKEN Challenge. This meal plan has been refreshed and revamp from previous challenge and is full of nourishment for the 6 week challenge. Information provided by you in your signup questionnaire  (weight, height, allergies, goals, daily activity level etc) is used to further customize the AWAKEN Meal Plan according to your bodies nutritional needs and exercise goals.

Inside your meal plan you will find a detailed breakdown of your calorie and macro breakdowns and how to apply this nutrition information to your daily life. Our aim is to empower you with the information and tools to make your own wholesome and healthful decisions day to day.

AWAKEN YOUR TRAINING

4-6 training days per week.

Workout Plans for the AWAKEN challenge are designed to maximize results in a fun, functional and vibrant way.

A typical AWAKEN week:

Day 1: Glutes and Hamstrings

Day 2: Upper Body

Day 3: HIIT Cardio and Core or Active Recovery Day

Day 4: Full Lower Body

Day 5: Rest Day or Active Recovery Day

Day 6: Full Body Strength

Day 7: Rest and Recovery

Exercise equipment needed for the Home Workout Program: 

  • A pair of dumbbells ( I would recommend two pairs – a lighter pair for upper body and a heavier pair for lower body exercises)
  • Booty band
  • Long resistance band 
  • Skipping rope
  • Exercise mat
  • A steady chair or bench
  • Exercise Swiss ball 

(If you are a repeating minion and are still training from home, try investing in a heavier pair of dumbbells – build your collection whenever you can in order to allow yourself to constantly progress, improve and build on your strength challenge after challenge).
