Note 2: Please understand that you need to be open to eating fruit and vegetables as they are vital in a balanced and healthy way of eating. As a holistic coach, I prioritize balance and optimal health and unfortunately, cannot cater for “I don’t like any vegetables”. Of course, I do not expect you to eat all vegetables and all fruits, but I do expect you to at least give them a chance and find ways in which you can include some of them into your daily regime… trust me, your body and health will thank you for this later). ❤️
